Activation basics
After sign-up, Survee sends an activation link to the email address used during registration. The account remains pending until the user opens that link.
Once activation completes, the same credentials can be used to sign in to the web application.
What to check first
If the activation link does not arrive, confirm the email address used during sign-up and check spam or junk folders first.
If the inbox is correct but the message still cannot be found, contact support so the team can inspect delivery or help re-initiate activation.
After activation
Once the account is active, the user can sign in normally. If sign-in still fails, verify the password and ensure the activation step was actually completed from the email link.
