Effective date: March 23, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Survee public website, mobile application, web application, APIs, and related services. They are written as implementation-ready placeholder terms until your final legal review is complete.
Survee provides software for field data collection, media-backed activity reporting, collection-based collaboration, and management review through mobile and web applications. Some features may depend on subscription level, device platform, service availability, or rollout configuration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity performed under their account. Access may be activated, restricted, suspended, or revoked according to account status, membership role, subscription state, security concerns, or organizational instructions.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service stability, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Survee in a way that violates applicable laws, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
Data submitted to Survee may include activity descriptions, media, comments, geolocation, measurements, timestamps, and collection metadata. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authorization of data you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process that content.
Free, Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise offerings may differ in storage, activity volume, media limits, API availability, advanced functions, and support level. Paid subscriptions purchased through app-store ecosystems are subject to the billing, renewal, and cancellation rules of the relevant platform provider.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, quotas, integrations, and user interface behavior. We will generally aim to avoid material disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The Survee software, branding, design system, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners, except for customer-owned operational data and content submitted into the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survee is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every intended use case. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent legally permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, security reasons, non-payment, inactivity, or legal necessity. Organizations may also remove members from collections or revoke access according to their internal governance model.
These terms should be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before production publication. The current page is intended as an implementation-ready public placeholder and not as final legal advice.
