This page describes the kinds of information that may be collected and processed when users interact with the Survee website, mobile application, web application, and support channels.
Depending on product usage, we may process account information, contact details, authentication events, collection metadata, activity descriptions, media uploads, comments, saved or shared states, GPS coordinates, measurements, timestamps, device-level diagnostic information, and support communication records.
Information may be used to authenticate users, operate collections and activities, apply subscription rules, support collaboration workflows, maintain service reliability, diagnose issues, improve product functionality, and communicate with customers about support or commercial matters.
Survee uses collection membership and role-based access rules to determine what data a user can view, contribute to, or manage. Organizational administrators and collection owners may control access boundaries within their environment.
Activities may include location data, measurements, photos, and videos as part of the operational evidence model. These data types are processed to support field reporting, project oversight, review workflows, and customer-defined program objectives.
We may rely on infrastructure, authentication, analytics, storage, notification, payment, or support providers where reasonably necessary to deliver the service. Information is shared on a limited basis according to operational need, legal obligation, or customer-authorized workflow.
Data may be retained for as long as required to provide the service, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, or support customer operations. Retention periods may differ by data category and subscription context.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect account and operational data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users and organizations remain responsible for credential control, access governance, and device-level safeguards in their own environments.
Requests relating to account access, corrections, support, or privacy questions may be submitted through the public contact channels. Some requests may need to be routed through the customer organization that controls the relevant Survee workspace.
This policy may be updated as the product, legal environment, or operational model evolves. Revised versions may be published on this page.
This public privacy page is an implementation placeholder intended to be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before production approval.
